Passion and dedication: these are the roots from which the story of The Carassanese Winery was born from and has developed.
Over time, since 1971, with sacrifices and dedication the Polini family have been able to develop the business and production capability of the company. Tradition, coupled with innovation and technology combined with craftsmanship: this is the “recipe” with which Luigi and Gabriele Polini have been able to update the family tradition of wine-making, handed down from father to son, where the human genius is linked to the historical heritage of a wise and ancient art.
Today the company, in its third generation of management, specializes in the production of D.O.C. and I.G.T wines.
